Domain Pointers

Domain pointers allow you to forward OR serve the same content as another site you have on the same server.

When Treat as Alias is unchecked it will redirect the domain to the main domain and change the address in the address bar.

When Treat as Alias is checked then it will not only serve the same content as the main domain but it will preserve the pointer domain in the address bar.
